Находится в штате Миннесота, площадь 108 кв. км. Здесь живут около 5 тыс. индейцев племени чиппева [Chippewa] из почти 6 тыс. членов этой резервационной общины. Существует с 1855. Одна из шести резерваций, чьи общины составляют племя чиппева штата Миннесота [Chippewa Tribe, Minnesota]. Община владеет таксомоторной компанией, магазинами, курортом, издает газету "Лич-Лейк ньюс" ["Leech Lake News"]. В резервации отличная охота; ежегодно в июле проводятся пау-вау [powwow]
